Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our B2B software services and academic builds.
1. Terms Acceptance
By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
2. B2B Consultation & Scoping
Our enterprise service agreements are customized per B2B deployment. Project targets, vulnerability patching definitions, API integrations, and -driven backend scaling scopes are explicitly listed in separate Statements of Work (SOW) signed directly by authorized company coordinators.
3. Academic Solutions & Support
Projects commissioned via the Academic Desk are provided solely for student educational and reference purposes. Net Corporation assumes no liability for institutional evaluation processes or submission policies. Pricing for custom student requirements remains fixed under a budget threshold of ₹2,000.
4. Liability Limits
In no event will Net Corporation be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal theory for any special, incidental or consequential damages.
